Retained Executive Search (Administrator levels and above)
A retained search requires us to go into the market and proactively identify the most suitable individuals for the role. Our approach is highly research driven and confidential. You will be assigned a consultant who will provide full service, from drafting of the original proposal to final negotiations with the successful candidate. This person will identify the best passive candidates, research their backgrounds and provide you with all relevant details about them to help you make that important hire. An initial payment is required to begin this type of search, and the remaining fee due dates will be negotiated at the time a contract is signed.
Contingency Recruitment (all levels below Administrator)
For a contingency search our team will recruit, screen and present qualified candidates to you based on the requirements of your need. Payment is contingent upon a suitable candidate being hired.
